PiconOriginally created in 1830, PICON’s bittersweet flavour is made from a base of fresh oranges which are dried and mixed with a solution of alcohol. Picon also contains gentian and quinine in equal measures. This famous French orange bitter liqueur is a staple in its home country, where it is mixed with pilsner or wheat beer to create a potent brew known simply as Picon Biere.

Aperol Aperitivo

Aperol was launched by the Barbieri Company in 1919, introducing the revolutionary
idea of an aperitif with a low alcohol content. Aperol's unique flavour and colour is
achieved through a subtle blend of bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb and an array of herbs
and roots - using a secret recipe that has been unchanged since its first creation.

Carpano Punt e Mes Aperitivo

The classic vermouth, created in 1786 in Piedmont by blending over 50 herbs & spices,
including wormwood, with wine & brandy. Has an aroma of wormwood & hints of bitter herbs.

Carpano Vermouth Antica Formula

The Carpano distillery's "ancient formula" for red vermouth. The king of red vermouth.

Fernet Branca

Count Branca developed this drink in Milan in the year 1845. A great traveller, naturalist,
philanthropist and art lover, he made his formulas with more than 100 different herbs
and spices from all over the world. They are still the Company's secret and only 2 people
have knowledge of them. Fernet Branca is one of the most imitated drinks in the world
with more then 150 copies.

Braulio Amaro Alpino

Braulio is an infusion of flowers and herbs from the pristine mountainside of Valtellina,
the northern part of Lombardy close to the Swiss border. It is the only digestivo to be
aged in Slavonian oak for at least 2 years and 5 years for the Riserva.

Berta Amaro Villa Prato

A special edition, ultra smooth Amaro from the famed distillery in Piedmont

CRÈME DE CACAO
CRÈME DE CACAOAs dictated in 19th century recipes, this liqueur uses cacao from Venezuela and vanilla from Mexico. The raw cacao is distilled and the distillate is then macerated with additional cacao and crushed whole vanilla bean. The process naturally colours the Crème de Cacao a medium brown. The finish is quite aromatic and round with intense, dusty-pure cacao flavours and light wisps of vanilla.

CRÈME DE MENTHE GLACIALE
CRÈME DE MENTHE GLACIALEA true historic crème de menthe is quite a complex spirit and cannot be made correctly with just mint alone. A selection of botanicals is macerated and then fully distilled and the finished distillate is reduced with spring water and cane sugar. It is silky in the mouth, crisp, yet complex, something that definitely cannot be said for today’s industrialized crème de menthes.

LIQUEUR DE VIOLETTESThis unique and rare liqueur is made only in microbatches. The protocol uses the finest French violets, traditionally hand-harvested in the Côte d’Azur, along the Mediterranean Sea, amongst the myriad of precious flowers cultivated in the region for the world’s finest perfumes. This elegant elixir has a lower sugar content than the heavier ‘crème’-style violet liqueurs, which more intensely highlights its delicate floral aromatics.

SUZE
SuzeIn 1889, Fernand Moureaux had the idea of distilling gentian roots while trying to create an original aperitif based on something other than wine. Since then, SUZE has been made using the same traditional methods, with maceration and distillation being the key stages in producing its unique taste. This famous aperitif forms an ideal base for cocktails with its golden colour and hint of bitterness.
