The palate entry is suggestive of bittersweet dark chocolate, cocoa butter, chocolate covered raisins, and dark honey; at mid-palate the taste profile becomes fruitier than the entry and less bitter-sweet, making for a succulent aftertaste that's spectacularly satisfying. As good as twenty-year-old Armagnac can get.
