This rum 100% sugarcane honey, after fermented, is distilled in column stills and then aged in bourbon casks for 8 years.
\nNose: slightly marked, elegant with vanilla and butterscotch.
\nPalate: sweet and rich, then it grows on the palate with more spice. On a creamy body, almost fat, there is the dominant caramel vanilla nose.
\nFinal: then goes to a great extent on the finish, with raisins, toffee, but also a plant peppermint tip that gives originality. Suave and elegant rum.
