Deep crimson with blue rim. Nose shows spearmint, bay leaf, thyme, game and frangipani. Gravelly tannin, full mouthfeel ferrous and bloody. Red fruits sitting beneath savoury, earthy notes. Deeply structured. Anna Pooley 19.05.20
