100% whole bunch fermentation (wild) for 24 days. Pressed to French oak barriques 50% new for 10 months.
Bright crimson hue with purple rim. Punchy jubey fruits, bay leaf, shitake, red gravel and strawberry. Tightly wound, all coiled up. Black pepper, stalky tannin, blue fruits and undergrowth. Needs time. Anna Pooley 19.05.20
