Salty, sea-sprayed fruit contributes to a unique and complex oyster shell character which immediately grabs your attention. An underbelly of savouriness is complemented by citrus, bath salts and a hint of cashew nut.
Incredible power of fruit. Textured and mouthwatering, there is obvious chemistry between the fruit and the oak. Flavours of crushed lime, lemon and sea salt. Lively mineral acidity and layered texture. Pure, powerful and unparalleled Chardonnay.

97 Points - Ray Jordan, The West Australian
"Comes off the most southern vineyard in Margaret River. Gosh, this is a supremely well-crafted chardonnay, which captures the essence of this cooler Margaret River vintage. Savoury cashew and grapefruit merging on the nose. It’s captivating. Then the palate delivers its power with great finesse. Savoury and bone dry with a trace of struck match that helps shape and define the palate. Super wine."
96 Points - Gary Walsh, The Wine Front -
"From the most southern vineyard in Margaret River, and gee, there’s something special about Chardonnay from this site.
It’s the length that marks it out as a special wine. Incredible length. Tight and precise, but with a soft almond gloss to go with intense acidity. Some savoury flavours layer in complexity, but mainly it’s about purity of fruit. Flavours, if you notice them after the surge of power, are lime, pink grapefruit, green melon, and a bit of nutty/chicken-y goodness. And the length. There’s that too."
