\nHere, with the Pedro Ximenez, a variety of Sherry produced in the south of Andalusia, the aromas are powerful and fruity, around an elegant dryness.
\nNose: rich from plum to fig to coffee
\nPalate: In the first mouth we find aromas of nuts and a second one on bitter orange subtly cocoa.
\nFinish: Soft and long, leaving a nice fruity and fat veil! To be enjoyed with a square of dark chocolate.
