J.M Rum AOC Agricole 2005 43.8% 700ml

This new JM 2005 is a Martinique AOC rum bottled in limited edition of which each bottle is numbered. North of Martinique, there is a large farm, which belongs to the brand JM. It is here, in the shadow of the cellars of Macouba, that a true treasure is hidden: the JM vintages, where they begin or finish their maturation phase. It is here that these rums come to life and gradually acquire their identity, for our greatest pleasure.

\nNose: JM Vintage 2005 reveals a bright and abundant primary nose. It is the fruity and candied flavors that unfold at first with a delicate vanilla and woody accord. After aeration, the toasted scents melt into those of toasted almonds and smoky smells.

\nMouth: The attack opens with clarity on the spicy flavors of nutmeg and vanilla. The fruity notes of the nose appear fleetingly to give full expression to the toasted and smoky flavours so dear to JM.

\nFinal: Toasted and smoked notes ensure their presence in a very pleasant length.
