Distilled in vintage copper Pot Stills, the rums are aged in white oak barrels for a minimum of twelve years and until optimal maturity is achieved. After, the rums are finished for two additional years in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks, contributing to this rum's complex sensory profile. The Ambassador is bottled directly from the barrel in order to preserve the full expression of its organoleptic properties.
