Citadelle Reserve, chosen for its floral aspect, is blended with Caribbean brown sugar, like Demerara, to create an alcoholic sugar syrup. This sugar syrup is then aged for a few months before being added to Citadelle Reserve to make No Mistake.

Nose: Fresh and powerful, with juniper, orange peel, cardamom and floral notes of jasmine and honeysuckle
Palate: Full and indulgent with candied lemon peel, genepi, anise and almonds followed by spicy notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and cubeb
