Hand picked botanicals are crushed to desired coarseness using a restored 193o's botanical mill, a relic of the 20th Century aperitivo boom in Italy. Botanicals are then combined in with distillate, and natural flavours are extracted using pressure, circulation and time. This maceration period lasts for one month and uses locally sourced, high-quality beet sugar distillate.
