Terroir is inspired by a beautiful part of the San Francisco Bay Area, Mt. Tamalpais. Made from two distillates, one with wild Douglas fir and sage, and another with eight botanicals, including local bay leaves and juniper berries to produce a truly unique, wild gin. Its herbaceous character will stand out in bold cocktails
Perfect Serve: Stunning on the rocks, in a martini, or in a Collins garnished with whatever fresh herbs you have on hand. A great complement to citrus and berries.
