Les fils d'Emile Pernot is a traditional French distillery founded in 1889 by Emile-Ferdinand Pernot in Pontarlier, in the Haut Doubs.
\nThe Absinthe Cousin Jeune 65 ¡ Les Fils by Emile Pernot is a fairly strong white absinthe with a slight hint of bitterness. Floral, powerful and surprisingly aromatic, it will appeal to the uninitiated as well as to the most informed amateurs.
\nTitrating at 65 ¡, it is in line with our best absinthes such as the Authentique or the Vieux Pontarlier.
\nThe last white absinthe born from the imagination of our Master Distiller. Long on the palate with a slight bitterness at the end of the mouth, it will not leave you indifferent.
\nGold medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2014!
\nIts label uses a well-known advertising poster from the Cousin Jeune house. It represents a young red-haired woman with voluptuous shapes carrying a glass and a bottle of Cousin Jeune absinthe on a tray.
\nThis poster and its slogan: "Ask for my cousin" written in large letters invites you to taste this absinthe with a refreshing taste lengthened with water, in the traditional way.
