Sakurao Single Malt Sauternes Cask Finish is a distinguished Japanese whisky from the Hiroshima-based Sakurao Distillery.

Crafted entirely from malted barley, it undergoes a double distillation process before maturing in bourbon casks. The whisky is then finished for 18 months in Sauternes wine casks, imparting rich notes of honey, apple, and cinnamon on the nose. The palate reveals indulgent flavors of custard, banana, and pear, while the finish is long and marked by honey and ripe fruits.
