The only blend - with Noblesse - of our range, the Heritage is to be classified separately, both aromatically and historically. This cognac has reached the paroxysm of oxidation.

The aromas that have lost freshness and intensity tend towards almonds, kernels and the famous "rancio" so characteristic of very very old cognacs.

This taste is difficult to describe. It is found in old beeswax furniture or old walnut oils; it only appears after a very long aging. It can also be found in Porto, Sherry, Maury. Such an aroma is inimitable: only time does its work.

This cognac is to be enjoyed religiously, with all due respect to a lady of 70 years.
