Collavini Andrea di Pec Pinot Grigio 2021

Andrea di Pec was considered a guru of agriculture and viticulture in his time . His development of some of the finest wine producing areas in friuili is still making an impact almost five hundred years later. This clear, pale yellow wine offers scents of grapefruit with a hints of honey and almonds. The palate is dry with a balance of crisp acidity, flavours of bitter almonds and grapefruit leading towards a clean citrus finish. Serve as an aperitif or with pasta and fish soups.
