Pure is handcrafted from a single plot of 100-year-old vines and sandy soil, at the junction of “Rayas”, “Grand Pierre” and “Pointu” districts. These exceptional vines allow us to realise a mass selection in order to sustain our irreplaceable heritage.
Gravity-flow underground winery for gentle handling. Wine-making in tulip-shaped concrete tanks. Destemming of underripe stalks. The wine stays on the skins for over 4 weeks. Gentle extractions. Aging in old cask for 18 months. This unique cuvee is produced in very limited quantities. 2020 Vintage : 3350 bottles
