Tramin Sauvignon 20

After a dry winter and an initially cold month of March, spring temperatures above average favored early budding and premature flowering. From mid-May to early June, the weather was mostly rainy and humid. In the subsequent ripening phase, rainfall was normal, with few heat peaks with concomitant short periods of drought. Throughout the summer the nights were characterized by a pleasant coolness. The harvest began in early September and until mid-October was repeatedly interrupted by single rainy days, luckily alternating with prolonged periods of sunshine. White wines are fresh, with an intense olfactory profile. The red wines, of great finesse and elegance, indicate a great aging potential.
