We have one rule when it comes to the vines and winemaking, Benign Neglect. Less is more. Less fertilizers, less pesticides and less intervention.

Old vine vineyard in Nurioopta planted in the 1950’s, hand picked with a whole berry ferment in traditional open fermenters for 10 days. Basket pressed into French oak 50% new and 50% Seasoned for 18 months. Blended together prior to bottling to settle for a month then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
