SOLO ARTE Vin Santo 500ml

Made by Solo Arte, a Tuscan producer making Vin Santo from the traditional dried-grape method used across the Chianti and Colli Aretini zones of Tuscany. Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Bianca, harvested and dried on bamboo racks for 3-4 months, then slowly fermented and aged a minimum of three years in small sealed caratelli barrels. Vin Santo develops a characteristic oxidative, nutty character during ageing. 500ml format.
