This textural style riesling was made from two picks; one early for citrus spectrum flavours and one later for stone fruit flavours and each fermented in old Hungarian barrels. We allowed the wine to go through malolactic fermentation to provide a fuller mouth feel and rounder acid drive. Aromas of wild thyme and dried herbs compliment the grapefruit and white peach flavours with a lingering acid mineral finish.
