ORIGIN Blended in re-charred Bourbon barrels for 5 years then finished for one year in barrels of different capacities and temperatures.
PARTICULARITY This rum falls under the 6-year-old category. Its complexity gives lends character and sparks an interest in the 10-year, 15-year and older vintages.
NOSE This rum has a rich nose of fruity notes: candied fruit (candied orange zest), dried fruit (fig, date and prune), quince conserve and the delicious enticing notes of gingerbread (honey, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla). It is irresistibly elegant.
PALATE A complex palate with the candied fruit and dried fruit reminiscent of the nose, enhanced with a deliciously sweet note of Tonka bean.
Extremely well-rounded and generous.
