Description
Cool climate Pinot Noir from old vines in the north of Tasmania. Hand pruned vines grown on perfectly low yielding poor shale soil.
This Pinot Noir spent a neat and tidy seven days on skins resulting in a bright red wine full of plum, cherry and spice with a dash of French oak. All in all, a delicious 'ready to drink' Pinot with a touch of complexity.
