Thibaud Boudignon Anjou Blanc 2022

"Thibaud Boudignon set up his Anjou estate in 2008, after stints at Joseph Drouhin in Beaune and at Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande in Pauillac. The estate works around 7 hectares in the Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay area south of Angers, on the schist soils that produce some of the more mineral examples of dry Chenin Blanc.

Cellar-list Anjou Blanc; pairs with roast chicken with truffle, soft cheeses, white-fleshed seafood; lay down 3-7 years.
