Description
This classic Riesling is bone dry, very fruity and savory. It develops a wonderful ripe acidity which enhances its intensity and complexity. Beautiful purity of fruit. Best with sea food, fishes including raw fishes, pork dishes, but also vegetarian cuisine or salads. 20% of the wine comes from Grand Cru vineyards. Mostly limestone soils with grapes carefully selected by Pierre & Julien Trimbach.
