Description
Pale golden yellow champagne with a beautiful effervescence. Elegant, fresh and complex, with notes of white flowers and yellow fruit. On the palate it is well balanced with a long peachy finish.
Try it with a good pork, with salmon, tuna, seafood and soft creamy cheese.
Located in the extreme south of the Champagne region, in the Côte des Bars.
Grape Variety : 87.9% Pinot noir, 12.1% Chardonnay
