NV Paul Bara Brut Reserve

"The Bara family records in Bouzy and the surrounding villages of Bisseuil, Oiry and Chouilly date back to the 1600s. Auguste François Bara arrived in Bouzy in 1833 to work as a cooper, married into a vine-owning family, and the line has farmed Bouzy ever since. Paul Bara — Chantale's father — was the first of the line to bottle and sell Champagne under the family name from the 1950s.
