Ballykeefe Distillery is an Irish craft distillery operating from a working farm at Cuffesgrange, County Kilkenny one of the small number of distilleries to have revived the legal production of poitin (poteen), the traditional Irish unaged grain spirit with a long history of illicit production before decriminalisation in 1997. Ballykeefe produces poitin from barley and sugar beet grown on the farm; they also produce gin, vodka, and are developing an Irish whiskey ageing programme.

The revival of legally produced Irish poitin is one of the more culturally significant developments in Irish craft spirits: an acknowledgement of a distilling tradition suppressed for centuries, now reinstated with provenance claims rooted in the same agricultural landscapes where illicit production once occurred. Ballykeefe's farm-distillery model grain grown on site, distillation on farm is rare even by craft standards.
