Build

25 ml cognac
25 ml white rum
25 ml triple sec
20 ml fresh lemon juice

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Build

50 ml cognac
10 ml triple sec
10 ml fresh lemon juice
5 ml maraschino liqueur
5 ml sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

Sugar-rim a small wine glass. Cut a long spiral of lemon peel and line the inside of the glass. Stir all ingredients with ice until very cold. Strain into the prepared glass. No further garnish.
