Build

60 ml cachaça
60 ml coconut milk (or fresh tropical fruit purée)
15 ml sugar syrup
15 ml fresh lime juice

Method

Shake all ingredients hard with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Build

60 ml cachaça
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
2 teaspoons brown sugar (or 10 ml sugar syrup)

Method

Muddle the lime wedges with the sugar in a chilled rocks glass to release the oils. Add cachaça and fill with crushed ice. Stir to combine. No garnish needed (the lime is in the glass).
