Domaine La Barroche is a Châteauneuf-du-Pape estate run by Julien Barrot, farming old-vine Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah from multiple appellation sectors. The prestige cuvée Fiancée old-vine Grenache, whole-bunch fermented, foudre-aged is one of Châteauneuf's most complex and cellar-worthy expressions. The Barrot family has farmed in Châteauneuf for several generations.
