Gabriel Boudier has produced fruit liqueurs and spirits in Dijon (Burgundy) since 1874 one of the oldest surviving maisons de liqueur in France and the direct inheritor of the classical Burgundian fruit tradition. The house's commercial identity is built around fruit-based spirits using Burgundy and broader French fruit: Cote d'Or Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrant for creme de cassis, Loire peach, Lorraine mirabelle. The 5-litre format is available across the core liqueur range for back-bar bulk supply.

The Boudier gin range extends the same botanical precision into London Dry production: Saffron Gin (Iranian saffron as the dominant botanical, the most widely recognised yellow gin in the trade), Violet Gin, and dry expressions. The liqueur range spans 37 expressions fruit cremes (cassis, framboise, peche, poire), specialty preparations (ginger, violet, elderflower, green apple), and more unusual cremes at both standard 70cl and 5-litre formats. For on-premise programmes running house sours, spritz menus, or high-volume cocktail operations, the 5L Boudier range provides the cost-effective backbone alongside a gin range with distinctive botanical identity.

What we carry

Method

Chop off the ears of a large chocolate bunny. Add coconut cream, Lime, Leaves and lemongrass into a shaker. Muddle well. Add the rum and Creme de cacao to the shaker. Add ice and shake. Add crushed ice into the bunny. Double strain into the chocolate bunny. Garnish with mint sprig, edible flowers, and 2 lime Leaves “bunny ears”

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin and then add ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a half slice of grapefruit. Earl Grey Cordial*: Combine equal parts earl grey tea leaves and honey, the zest of 1 lime and a few dashes of Orange juniper Bitters. Filter out the tea and lime and keep refrigerated.

Method

Garnish: Apple Disc Muddle raspberries in a shaker with lemon juice till smooth, add the rest of ingredients. Shake with ice, strain to remove all bits and ice. Then shake again and pour into a chilled coupe.

Method

Shake all ingredients except the chambord. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with candied ginger and cherry. Gently pour Chambord on top.

Method

On a medium-high flame, bring all ingredients to a simmer. Gently pour over 500ml milk and let it steep overnight. Strain out mixture through the curds and coffee filter twice. Bottle and store. Pour over good ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a mochi ball.

Method

Build directly in your glass with plenty of ice. Give a gentle stir and drop some juniper berries in the mix. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel. Serve with a glass straw.

Method

Cordial: Let whole raspberries and strawberries sit in cold water. Leave it long enough for the water to take on their flavour but not the colour of the berries. Afterwards, add the supasawa and Simple syrup to Cordial. The process: Coat the top of a Collins glass with icing and rim with shaved coconut. Then skewer 3 small marshmallows with a toothpick to make the snowman and add two cloves for the arms. Stick the exposed end of the toothpick (which should be on the bottom) into a large marshmallow along with a sprig of rosemary and place at the bottom of the rimmed Collins glass with just a splash of water. Set in freezer and let freeze. After it’s frozen, just pour mixture with some loose coconut shavings and enjoy!

Garnish/Ice: Frozen Watermelon as the whole drink is full of edible garnishes. Mix it all in a mixing glass with ice for 30-40 seconds, to a good level of dilution to this flavour bomb! Transfer to a glass full of frozen watermelon. Top with chilled Soda!

Method

Combine all the ingredients except cucumber and Soda Water into a shaker and shake. Fine strain into a wine glass with ice. Top with Soda. Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber roll. Dust mint with fine icing sugar.
