Method

Make a half rim of chilli powder on a nick and Nora glass. Dry shake all ingredients first and then shake with ice. Double strain in your glass and garnish with a little chilli pepper.

Build

50 ml cognac
10 ml triple sec
10 ml fresh lemon juice
5 ml maraschino liqueur
5 ml sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method

Sugar-rim a small wine glass. Cut a long spiral of lemon peel and line the inside of the glass. Stir all ingredients with ice until very cold. Strain into the prepared glass. No further garnish.
