Method

Pour Armagnac and orange juice into a tall glass filled with ice. Stir; finish with a dash of grenadine. Garnish with an orange slice.

A little bit of sugar cane syrup
12 cl fresh red-berry juice

Method

Muddle the lime wedges and sugar syrup at the bottom of a tumbler. Pour in the Blanche Armagnac, then top with red-berry juice and ice. Stir, garnish with fresh berries.

Method

Pour all ingredients except grenadine into a shaker over ice. Shake hard and strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle grenadine down the side for the sunrise effect.

A few leaves of fresh mint
1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar cane syrup
Soda water

Method

Muddle the lime wedges, mint and sugar syrup in a long-drink glass. Add the Blanche Armagnac. Fill with crushed ice and top with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig.

Method

In a shooter glass, pour the violet liqueur. Layer the Blanche Armagnac on top. Serve neat as a digestif shooter.

Method

Build over ice in a wine glass. Stir gently and top with chilled tonic water. Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of rosemary.

Method

Stir all ingredients in a rocks glass with one large ice cube until chilled. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

Method

Dry-shake all ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Drop three dashes of Angostura on the foam and feather with a pick.

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice. Shake briefly, then pour unstrained into a tiki mug. Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint, an orchid or pineapple frond.

Method

Blend all ingredients with the ice until smooth and slushy. Pour into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a mint leaf and a thin apple slice.

Method

Muddle the fresh ginger in a shaker. Add Blanche Armagnac, lime juice, honey syrup and ice; shake. Strain over fresh ice in a highball, top with ginger beer.

Method

Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe; discard excess. In a mixing glass with ice, stir the Armagnac, sugar and bitters until cold. Strain into the absinthe-rinsed glass and twist a lemon peel over the top.

Method

Hot-buttered-rum batter (butter, brown sugar, spices)
Boiling water

Method

Spoon a tablespoon of the spiced butter batter into a heat-proof mug. Add the Armagnac and top up with boiling water. Stir until the butter has melted and serve with a cinnamon stick.

Method
