"Feudi del Pisciotto sits at Niscemi in the province of Caltanissetta, in central-southern Sicily on the calcareous-clay soils between the Mount Etna foothills to the north-east and the Vittoria plain to the south. The estate works the indigenous Sicilian varieties: Frappato (Cerasuolo di Vittoria's lighter component, here bottled solo), Nero d'Avola (the dominant Sicilian red), and the white Grillo.

Roast lamb, pasta al ragù, braised beef, aged Pecorino and grilled sausages; a working cellar-list Sicilian red for by-the-glass and house programs.
