Comte de Lamaestre is a vintage Bas-Armagnac label producing single-year expressions from estates in the Bas-Armagnac cru. The range stocked at Bouchon is composed entirely of historical vintages the 1960, 1967, 1979, and 1990 single-year bottlings (the 1967 also available in a 2.5-litre format) making this the most historically deep armagnac range in the catalogue by vintage span.

Each expression is bottled at 40% with the vintage year prominently labelled. The Bas-Armagnac origin signals lighter, more floral character relative to Tenareze expressions of comparable age.
