Domaine André Kientzler is an Alsace estate based in Ribeauvillé (Haut-Rhin), farming Grand Cru vineyards including Rosacker and Geisberg two of the finest Ribeauvillé Grand Crus. The Rosacker Grand Cru on Kimmeridgian limestone is Ribeauvillé's most celebrated site, particularly for Riesling and Gewurztraminer; the Geisberg Grand Cru (granite and sandstone) produces structured, mineral Riesling. Kientzler also produces Crémant d'Alsace from Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir.

The Kientzler Grand Cru range provides an important complement to the Domaine Jean-Luc Mader selections in the Bouchon Alsace portfolio: where Mader covers Rosacker and Schoenenbourg, Kientzler extends into the Geisberg Grand Cru and the Crémant d'Alsace tier. For programmes building a comprehensive Alsace section covering both Grand Cru dry wines and traditional-method sparkling, Kientzler and Mader together cover the principal Ribeauvillé Grand Cru sites.
