Description
Made from 100% Auxerrois (pinot blanc) in the traditional method with low dosage of just 5 gms/litre. This is made from the 'coeur de presse' (heart of the press juice which has the purest expression of fruit). This release has been aged for 21 months and comes mostly from the 2017 vintage. Dry and vinous on the palate and fresh and lively, a perfect aperitif style.
