Build

45 ml blanco tequila
15 ml crème de cassis
15 ml fresh lime juice
Top with ginger beer (~80 ml)

Method

Build in a chilled highball over fresh ice. Add tequila, lime and cassis. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge.

15 ml vodka
15 ml gin
15 ml white rum
15 ml blanco tequila
15 ml triple sec
25 ml fresh lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup
Top with cola (~30 ml)

Method

Build all spirits with the lemon and syrup in a chilled highball over fresh ice. Top with a splash of cola for colour. Stir briefly. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

10 ml sugar syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe (or rocks over fresh ice). Garnish with a lime wheel.

45 ml reposado tequila (or blanco)
20 ml Campari substitute
20 ml sweet vermouth
20 ml dry vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters

Method

Stir all ingredients with ice until very cold. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with a lemon twist.

50 ml blanco tequila
20 ml fresh lime juice
20 ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
10 ml Campari substitute
10 ml sugar syrup

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

50 ml blanco tequila
100 ml fresh orange juice
15 ml grenadine

Method

Build tequila and OJ in a chilled highball over fresh ice and stir. Slowly pour grenadine down the side of the glass so it settles at the bottom for the sunrise effect. Do not stir. Garnish with an orange wheel.

30 ml VEDRENNE Triple Sec Liqueur - 25%
20 ml lime juice

Method

Shake all the ingredients. Strain into a cocktail glass.

45 ml Don Fulano Reposado Tequila
15 ml Mezcal Vago Espadin
5 ml agave nectar
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

Stir all ingredients with ice for 30 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Flame an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.

60 ml Don Fulano Blanco Tequila
15 ml fresh lime juice
Pinch of sea salt
Pink grapefruit soda, to top

Method

Build in a tall glass over ice. Squeeze the lime, add tequila and salt, top with grapefruit soda. Stir gently. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

60 ml Don Fulano Reposado Tequila
30 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml agave nectar

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice. No salt rim — the agave does the talking. Garnish with a lime wheel.
