Eden Mill Distillery is based on the site of a former paper mill on the Eden estuary, St Andrews (Fife, Scotland), producing gin and other spirits using botanicals sourced from the Fife coast and surrounds sea buckthorn, elderflower, locally grown grain alongside the standard gin botanical foundation. The paper mill location, the coastal setting, and the St Andrews identity are the three components of the house's brand architecture.

The Eden Mill range covers Love Gin (light and floral, the most widely distributed expression), Golf Gin (developed with the St Andrews golf connection), and the Original range. Eden Mill is the Scottish coastal counterpoint to the French botanical houses and the Australian craft distilleries in the Bouchon gin range a different climate, different flora, and a different regional narrative applied to the same botanical spirit category.
