Maison Labet Cuvee Loraine NV

The Labet family established the domaine in Rotalier, a village at the southern end of the Jura wine region where the plateau limestone gives way to heavier marl. Julien Labet took over management and shifted production toward lower-intervention winemaking with extended lees contact, minimal sulphur additions and a focus on single-parcel identity. The Chardonnay is made in both ouillé (topped-up, oxidation-free) and sous voile (under a yeast veil, Jura tradition) styles.
