Description
Carlo Pellegrino Cremovo All'Uovo Marsala 1.5 Litres — the magnum format of the Pellegrino egg-enriched Cremovo Zabaglione, suited to high-volume dessert and catering use.
Made by Carlo Pellegrino, a producer established in Marsala (Trapani) in 1880, producing Marsala DOC wines and other Sicilian fortified and sweet wines from the vineyards and cellars of the western tip of the island. A Cremovo Zabaglione DOC product: a minimum of 80% Marsala wine blended with egg yolks and sugar. 1.5 litre (magnum) format for catering and high-volume dessert programs.
