Description
Carlo Pellegrino Cremovo All'Uovo Marsala 750ml — a traditional Sicilian egg-enriched Marsala wine, made from Marsala DOC blended with egg yolks and sugar in the Cremovo Zabaglione style.
Made by Carlo Pellegrino, a producer established in Marsala (Trapani) in 1880, producing Marsala DOC wines and other Sicilian fortified and sweet wines from the vineyards and cellars of the western tip of the island. A Cremovo Zabaglione DOC product: a minimum of 80% Marsala wine blended with egg yolks and sugar to produce a rich, sweet zabaglione-style fortified wine. 750ml format.
