Allandale Shiraz 2025

Grown in the granite and clay soils of the Hudson Vineyard in Hilltops, NSW, this Shiraz glows with varietal character. Ten days of fermentation on skins was followed by malolactic fermentation and ten months maturation in French oak hogshead barrels, building structure and complexity while the fruit remained the focus. The wine slowly reveals layers of blackberry, plum and white pepper, framed by subtle oak and savoury tannins on the palate. Winemaker Jeremy Churchill has crafted a Shiraz of patience and depth — approachable in its youth but built for the cellar.
