Bremley Chardonnay 2025

100% whole-bunch pressed and inoculated with selected yeast, the juice settled for 24 hours then racked to Francois Freres puncheons (25% new oak) for primary fermentation lasting 25 days, followed by full malolactic fermentation. Aged 8 months in oak without lees stirring, gently filtered and bottled un-fined and vegan friendly. From Bremley's original 2-hectare Chardonnay site planted in the early 2000s, now a mainstay contributor to Penfolds Yattarna. Expect citrus, white stone fruit and subtle creamy texture with well-integrated oak and a long, structured finish.
