Bremley Pinot Noir 2025

Very limited single-vineyard release from Bremley, the northernmost site in the Coal River Valley. 100% destemmed and inoculated with a neutral yeast to preserve fruit purity and highlight varietal character, fermented for 18 days on skins to build structure and depth. Matured for 10 months in 35% new Francois Freres puncheons, adding subtle complexity and fine texture while keeping the vibrant fruit profile front and centre. Gently filtered, bottled un-fined and vegan friendly. Follows the Bremley 2023 Pinot Noir, winner of the 2024 Australian Pinot Noir Challenge — Tasmania's benchmark cool-climate Pinot.
