Pale straw with subtle green highlights. The nose lifts with aromas of white peach, green apple and citrus blossom, underscored by a hint of wet stone and almond skin. On the palate it’s light-to-medium bodied and elegantly textured: crisp lemon zest and juicy pear flavours are framed by bright acidity, while a whisper of lees-driven creaminess adds depth. Mid-palate nuances of honeysuckle and chalky minerality emerge before a clean, lingering finish of grapefruit pith and toasted almond.
