Bullant by Lake Breeze Shiraz 2024

The Bullant range was created by Lake Breeze winemaker Greg Follett as an approachable, drink-now label — the playful name inspired by the bullants notorious for harassing vineyard workers. A ripe, full-bodied Shiraz from Langhorne Creek fruit which has benefited from 15 months oak maturation. It shows an aroma reminiscent of plums and chocolate with a touch of earthy complexity. The palate is rich and full of black fruits with a long, soft finish. A wine that partners equally well with a cheese plate as with a rare fillet steak. Drinking well now and will age gracefully for the remainder of the decade.
