Collavini Andrea di Pec Pinot Grigio — the estate's Collio-DOC Pinot Grigio, from the prized Andrea di Pec vineyard parcel on the limestone-and-marl soils of the Collio.

Made at Eugenio Collavini Viticoltori in Corno di Rosazzo (Friuli Venezia Giulia), a family winery founded in 1896 and now run by the fourth generation; Collavini works across the Friuli DOC, Collio, Ribolla Gialla and Grave appellations with a focus on Ribolla Gialla and the native Friulian variety range. Pinot Grigio from the Andrea di Pec parcel in the Collio DOC; fermented and aged on fine lees for textural complexity, producing a more structured and mineral expression than the Canlungo.
