Domaine Pichot Vouvray Sec Coteau de la Biche 2024

From the prime south-east facing Vallee de Nouys, the Coteau de la Biche has been in Pichot family hands since 1770 and is among Vouvray's most celebrated vineyard sites. Farmed organically, yields kept to a low 25 hl/ha. The 2024 shows exceptional tension and focus fresh from tank — fine, brilliantly concentrated Chenin Blanc with about 7g/L residual sugar that keeps the palate succulent rather than overtly sweet. Expect aromas of quince, white peach, citrus blossom and a smoky mineral lift. The palate is suave and full with chalky texture, fine concentration and a long, mouthwatering finish.
